collecting proclamations for World Creativity and Innovation Week from the Mayor of Athens, Georgia, the dean of College of Education at the University of Georgia where E. Paul Torrance was department head of Educational Psychology and where the E. Paul Torrance Center for Creativity is located with its new director, Dr. Mark Runco. Also reaching out to President Adams of UGA and Governor Purdue for additional Proclamations...encourage you do the same in your community and state this year and plan to do the same next year and beyond.

Nice to step in the Great Creative Brain-Trust ;-) - we initiated and sponsored a handfull (plus 2 fingers) events and activities for the Week of creativity ... and had (and still have) "serious fun" with that.
The IDEA RALLYE was a great weekend event, with participants from 8 to 68, paired in gropus, acting together and learning from another ... many Big Bangs happened.
Additionally we finished the initial phase of CreaPedia, the web-CREATIVITY ENCYCLOPEDIA under http://www.creapedia.com with 1.500 entries and additonal 1.300 glossary remarks (whouw, what an unlimited and breathtaking field creativity is!) and opened it up for new authors to join in; great source with a unique comprehension of applied creativity, unfortunately (so far) German-only.
Stupendous response so far - and fun all over ... creativity is alive.

Another project came to "world creativity week-life": The online-creativity encyclopedia-project CreaPedia crossed the "line" of 1.500 entries and 1.300 glossary remarks and is now opening up for co-authors.
See http://www.creapedia.com.
So far the project unfortunately is German-only - but there is a new CreaPedia-group on Facebook, which will be supported both in German and English; anyone who likes to contribute to a comprehensive encyclopedia of creativity: Please join.

I'm happy to see you there - to bridge the time until World Creativity Day 2012 ;-)
