collecting proclamations for World Creativity and Innovation Week from the Mayor of Athens, Georgia, the dean of College of Education at the University of Georgia where E. Paul Torrance was department head of Educational Psychology and where the E. Paul Torrance Center for Creativity is located with its new director, Dr. Mark Runco. Also reaching out to President Adams of UGA and Governor Purdue for additional Proclamations...encourage you do the same in your community and state this year and plan to do the same next year and beyond.
